1. The structure of the classes. All C1 classes are essentially the same.
2. The vibe of the gym is terrific.
3. Jonathan recommended a yoga mat to me and its the best mat I have ever used.
Great variety in class schedule, good instructors
I love the new studio, the larger studios with two rooms instead of one are always nicer. Teachers are great (Ken is awesome), although I had one teacher on a Tuesday night C2 last week that was not so great - I almost walked out on class which I NEVER do. Her sun B flow was really odd. I love the merchandise and the water filter too.
I love that there are so many different teachers that bring their different personalities and styles to the class. They are super friendly and accessible, and never make you feel silly for asking the most basic questions. I feel like the classes are varied enough to keep things interesting, but consistent enough to where I can see myself improving.

The sculpt class is one of the best workouts I've had in my life! My bf told me after just 2 sculpt classes in one week, "wow, you have abs!"
The people are very nice and welcoming! I have yet to check out the products, but hope to in the near future.

I like that your studio has 2 different studio spaces to offer more classes. I love the 5:45 sunday night class because it's a great mix of flow and static poses. Also, the instructor really encourages you to try new poses—did my first head stand, with his help!
I like that classes aren't near as crowded as the Gold Coast location. Friendlier people at the front desk. Floors are much cleaner than Gold Coast.
