I LOVE the cleanliness of the Old Town studio as well as the expansive space. I used to attend classes at the Lincoln Park studio, but it was incredibly dirty, disgusting even. The Old Town studio is always pristine and smells like cleaning products have actually been used on a regular basis. I also enjoy the teachers.

the sculpt classes are the perfect amount of challenging and relaxing. Its the perfect post or pre work class to go to.
The staff and teachers are EXTREMELY friendly, and go above and beyond to make you comfortable, personalize the experience by using your first name, and really cater to the guests.
I love the big studios! There tends to be a comfortable amount of space (even with crowded classes). Only downfall is the small women's locker room.

Great staff/instructors and clean studio
I love my work outs at Core Power Yoga, especially in Old Town! The instructors are all extremely talented and professional. They take their practices very seriously and encourage the classes to take their practice on as their own personal experience. The classes are unique compared to other studios in the area because they offer hot classes with flow, some with weights, etc. I always leave CorePower feeling amazing!
Yoga sculpt is the best! I love it.
The location is very convenient for me and I like all the class offerings and instructors. I also like that I don't have to reserve a spot in class, just show up!
No matter who the instructor is or which class I'm taking, I always leave the studio with a clear mind and ready to conquer whatever is going on in my personal or professional life thanks to the leadership of the staff and structure of the classes. After 60 minutes in he studio, I feel stronger both mentally and physically.
Christy is a great teacher. So is Lisa. The heat is great, much better than the heat at South Loop.
The instructors all have their own style, which keeps the classes interesting and I always seem to learn something new. Everyone is very supportive with my practice. I love it.
