Friendly studio, great teachers

I think the old town location is one of the cleanest studios and just a lovely staff. It's also the perfect location. The bathroom and changing area needs to be bigger!

Being somewhat new to yoga I felt very welcomed in the studio. During and after class I felt relaxed and like I had gotten a good workout in.

I like the organization of the classes and studio. The location is perfect and the classes are reliable and consistent. The class times work well for my schedule and there are so many options that I find there's "No excuse" to skip. I like the sense of community and look forward to continuing my practice.

The new Old Town studio is very clean (compared to the lincoln park location). It is a very convenient location.

Classes always start on time, teachers are very friendly and teach well. The environment is very open and friendly. I always get a great workout, no matter what class I take.

I like that there are two studios and I can easily find a class that meets my needs based on work schedule, etc. I love the instructors. Almost every class that I have taken has been challenging and rewarding. Thank you for opening the Old Town location. Before I was attending classes at Gold Coast, but this location is closer.

I like the heated classes and detail of instruction! I like HpF class the best, due to the holding of poses and the intense stretch

Class times, location. Some of the instructors are not my favorite though.

I love all of the instructors ans the heat of the room. It is not too hot, but it makes you sweat! The clothing items are perfect for yoga.
