LOVE the fact that you don't have to sign up ahead of time. My schedule can be pretty undefined as I often work late, so it's amazing to be able to pop into a class whenever I'm free. The number of locations in the area also makes it that much easier!

I really like Greg C's C2 class. He creates an awesome environment for yoga between the music and offering his class options to work on whatever it is they wish based on their practice. He swiches up the poses for his classes so that its new each week and has a great flow to each class. Lastly, he is very technically sound and I trust in his instruction. His classes are my favorite.

I've only done a handful of classes, but the staff has been fantastic, the facility is great, it's a super convenient location with an abundance of class times--and I've really enjoyed the workouts!

Multiple classes! I love to sweat and that's a guarantee in your classes along with strength training.

Classes are a great way to stay in shape are offered at convenient times during the day.

Each teacher has their own personal style of teaching, yet they are all equally talented and eager to create an environment that is great to practice yoga. Love Lisa, Ashley and Greg, as I usually just go to C2.

At Old Town, the facility is super clean and not too humid. The teachers are great as they are at many of your locations, but the facility is really stand out.

As yoga studio, I think its pretty good. It could be better but that's mostly based on the music played in the classes and the teachers. As a gym, it's outstanding.

The level of difficulty is perfect and the instructors are always clear in directions and nice overall. Facilities are so clean as well - I always love my CP experiences.
