I particularly enjoyed that the instructor catered to all skill levels and personal preferences of those in the class. The class was challenging and a fantastic workout, but yet not overly intimidating to someone who had not been to this particular class before. Overall, well done.

The studio is a beautiful space, the instructors are wonderful and the classes are awesome. I was new to yoga and CorePower definitely encouraged me to keep coming back!
