A friend finally got me to agree to go and I was pleasantly surprised! The instructor was friendly and very capable, the facilities are nice, clean, and comfortable. The actual yoga itself was much more challenging than I had thought but in a good way! Overall, a very positive experience.

Closet to my work, early class option and shower/locker rooms make getting ready easy. I do NOT like how loud the music in sculpt is. That’s not safe for one’s ears, and I can’t even hear the instructor talk.

Love the teachers: Bridget, Wendy, Ashley and others are part of my daily routine, guiding classes that are challenging moving meditations accessible to all levels, so talented at yoga and warm and friendly, and the studios are big and just the right warm temperature.

Studio very clean
This might be the cleanest CPY that I've ever been to! Was blown away by the bathrooms. This was my home studio back in 2Phone number removed and was blown away to see how clean the bathrooms were. WELL DONE!

First name removed Whittington is one of the best instructors I have ever practiced with. She will be missed so much. I hope that CPY will keep in touch with her and that she returns to teaching one day. We were lucky to have her. If there is room to keep her on as a Sculpt QA master teacher, it would be in CPY's best interest to keep her.
The teachers are amazing. Every single one of them, but particular shout outs to Pegah, Alec, Jamie, Becca and Nora. I love how they know my name when in walk in. Their classes are fantastic and I feel so amazing after class.
Something I do wish is that all of core power would pay more attention to the needs of larger bodies when y’all decide what apparel to purchase. There are a lot of cute things but nothing that would fit a larger (or in some cases even an average size!) body. This is disappointing and just reinforces some really ugly stereotypes about what a yoga body is and what a body worthy of certain fashion is.
