Every time I visit a class I am welcomed and encouraged to show up for myself. It's overwhelming how incredible I feel after doing C2. It inspires me to share the feeling with as many of my friends/family that can join me! I'd love more buddy passes! :)

The best teachers!!! Lindy, Jill, Wendy, Nikki, and Bridget make every session worth coming to. I leave happier, healthier, and more grounded after every one of their classes. I just wish the studio would get cosmetic upgrades after all these years; the lobby and locker rooms undermine the value the staff is providing.

I had a CorePower Yoga 2 class with Sharon this morning at 9am and it was just wonderful! Sharon is very engaging and offers a lot of instruction on how to do the pose correctly. I left the class feeling great!

good classes. would love to have a cold towel at the end/have people wipe down weights or leave them and have the instructors do this. seems a bit un-sanitary
