Elizabeth is the best instructor. I love her motivational "yes you can" when she is asking us to push hard. I am not a fellow fitness instructor and I have borrowed some of her great music choices, as well. She is truly awesome!

The men's changing room could use a little attention. One of the two benches are broken, and one of the two clothes hooks has been missing for many months now.

The Minnetonka club closed down for renovations, so I tried St. Lous Park. I've been there twice now and have really enjoyed both classes. Both instructors were excellent and unique. I felt great after both classes.

I have tried yoga and Pilates, but I didn’t like them as much as I did CorePower Yoga. From the first try, I fell in love with this practice because, from my perspective, it’s a combination of both, plus weights (using dumbbells), and the heat is the cherry on top if you like to challenge yourself with every workout. You’ll feel great at the end!

Friendly yoga instructors and very convenient location! Wish there were more classes available but overall I had a great experience.
I did Audrey's Sculpt class on Tuesday. I really liked that it mostly ditched any yoga in favor of more exercise-focused moves. Not that I have anything against yoga, it just seems sometimes forced when you're working with weights.
I love the combo and constant changing of each class!

Please would love to have Cara S. teach more C2 classes. She was amazing and I was so disappointed to realize she mostly teaches sculpt 😭

The experienced yoga teachers
Monika was as always a great instructor and her sculpt class has a great flow and pushes you to fight through your limit. However the room temperature was too high as I was in Hot Yoga class. My cousin who visited me had to step out a few times as well as couple of attendees, and myself twice. I don’t know what’s the appropriate temperatures supposed to be but when your routines full of weights and intense work out, it matters to control the heat level.

Wish there were more 90 minute hot classes
It is a beautiful studio, and the instructors are phenomenal.
I noticed that over the last week or so, they have put up new signs saying that cell phones are not allowed in the studio. I am VERY glad about that. I have been in classes where a yogi's phone has gone off multiple times (the instructor never said anything, unfortunately), and it is very distracting. In my previous yoga studio, the yogis were very respectful of silence once they entered the space before class, and that is something I have found very lacking at the 2 different CorePower locations I have been to: there is a TON of phone usage and a lot of talking. This is probably the biggest downside of that I have noticed since starting at CorePower, but the new signs saying "No cell phones" is a great step forward I think. I hope that the instructors work towards enforcing this, as I have still seen people bringing in their phones, despite the new signage...
Other than those items, I still have a great experience with CorePower and would recommend others to go as well.

I love the La Grange location! Especial shout out to Katherine K and Lauren D for sculpt. They're workouts are no joke. Both will leave you feeling sore for days. I love that Mary A does themes and cool playlist that go along with her theme. I love taking Polly Berry, and Wei M for HPF. Georgia W and Nosa E always make C2 challenging.
