Great class and overall experience!
Definitely the instructors. The one thing I like about CorePower is that the individual class structure is always the same. But, the instructors all have a different style and technique for teaching the classes. Some might be more intense, while others are not. The style of music is different with each instructor, and I like that variety. I really like the Sauganash location because it offers the classes I want at the times I’m available, parking is easy, and it’s conveniently located.

The instructors, but am shocked at their pay rate in comparison to other studios given the cost of either drop ins or membership.
Well actually this one was my second Sculpt class in my life, there is not comparison with the first one that I took. Cescilia is on the next level His dedication, attention to detail, and passion for what she does are priceless. I wish I could go back for another class (I'm from Florida).
It’s been life-changing!! Not only does it keep my body in check, allowing me to have more agility and strength but so many of yoga’s lesson on endurance and flexibility can be applied to life. It has been both a mental and physical change for the better. I love it!

The thing I like most about CorePower is that there is a class for everyone and a ton of different time options. Each instructor puts their own unique touch on their classes which makes you feel like everyday is a new challenge.
Teachers are friendly and put care into planning their classes! Variety and frequency of classes.
Convenient location, like that there’s parking, good facility, great instructors with fun playlists!
I wish that you offered more classes at Rosedale. I love the studio and want to ensure it stays around. I attend on M evenings and Sat. mornings and sometimes on F night and Sun. mornings. It's my favorite of the locations!
