Intensity of workout
I go every Friday for HPF specifically with Varaly, and it is my favorite class. She is very kind and mindful towards everyone’s individual practice. The experience is always so peaceful and I look forward to it every week!!
This is the first year I started doing yoga and the experience I had gotten in this studio has been always greeted with a friendly face. The classes are amazing! after long days of work and stressful life situation a good yoga class makes my day better. Just going to a morning class motivates me to wake up! As well as taking a late class it helps me get that good night sleep!

Classes are loads of fun and really challenging and the instructors are all brilliant - haven't had one class I didnt enjoy!
My experience has been amazing. The staff has always been so welcoming. My favorite instructors are Grace and McKenna! I also enjoy Caroline’s class. Derrick was great with getting me set up after my first free week of class. He took his time to explain the memberships and helped me choose the best membership that met my needs.
I love the intensity, instructors and convenience of multiple classes and locations. If I miss a class early morning then I hace multiple options to make up. The energy is infectious and the staff are always friendly. Tiffany and Sarah do a great job of managing the Hinsdale and la grange centers.
Great management and classes!
I’ve the cleanliness of the studio but mainly the instructor. Kelsie K has been my all time favorite at Elmhurst. She makes class enjoyable, changes things up, and her words are always empowering to get through the class.

I love the classes!! I love the loud music and the intensity! It does however look like the morning 6 am classes are slowing going away so I really really hope they come back!!!

Yoga Sculpt by Michelle was amazing! She was so hyped from the beginning to end and provided feedbacks, encouragements, and compliments through entire time. She made me feel confident and powerful!

I like the staff. I don’t like how crowded the classed are. Now it looks like Core Power is inviting members teenagers when there already isn’t enough comfortable work out room fir dedicated members
The rotunda location fosters an environment where each teacher brings a unique personality and approach to yoga practice — It’s been easy for me to find teachers that resonate with my goals and encourage progress. I have had a tough time aligning with other hot yoga/corporate studios and the past but I love the variety and thoughtfulness of the teachers I’ve met here. They bring a lot of attention and care to not just lead a sequence but teach yoga.

The hygiene at the studio is very questionable - I don’t think the weights are ever cleaned and the mats reek. I can’t believe you charge for them!
