CPY Brickell is a wonderful studio with a warm and welcoming community. Each teacher brings their own creative energy and personality to their classes, which makes each session feel fresh. Also, Alison is the absolute best instructor! Her classes are challenging, uplifting, and full of heart. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived!

Arthur was amazing! He welcomed me with such enthusiasm I felt like I had already been to Glover! I will definitely add that it to my search for classes! His class was also incredible and just what I needed to complete my day!
It was great! But I was a little lost outside of the building and had to follow someone else in. Also, when I originally checked in and said it was my first time, I didn't really get any information like how I get to use a complimentary towel or what to expect. But then, I spoke with the class instructor and got that handled. The class was instructed well and "easy" to follow. (As in good instructions but you know I was struggling in there haha). All in all, I would recommend, and I will be back.
Loved the class with Vivian. Perfect level of challenge and loved how she challenged us to think like a beginner yogi. Really allowed me to slow down and focus on each movement.
