Going to CorePower Yoga is always a luxury because it delivers every time. The studio is always clean. The classes start and end on time. The instructors, particularly Kyrie and Tiffany V., are friendly and encouraging, helping me progress with my fitness and health, both physically and spiritually. I always leave my class feeling wonderful.

I was very enjoy exercise yoga at CorePower . It,s not just a business associate ,what I mean is CorePower -Poway is my 'home" where I can really feel relax . Right now I'm a TOELF student ,you know Yoga is a amazing. I used to be nervously and can not focus on study .But now I feeling better ,my classmates asked my 'why are you smiling everyday ,you look like so happy !' I told them because I exercise Yoga,you guys should try.

I like that teachers and the crowd at the studio are not pretentious. The teachers were very warm, welcoming, and kind to new members. The studio is very clean, chic, and peaceful. The facilities are great (lockers, towel and mat rentals, and air conditioning).

very clean compare to all core power yoga in San Diego. Instructor Mike is very good. he really teaches us how to do it.

I love the environment, and that I can find a class, pretty much anytime of day to work with my schedule or if I want to be spontaneous. I like that its clean, and that it has lotion, deodorant, and mouthwash - just in case!!! I also go there for the spiritual part of the workout. I look for those teachers. I just wish the blacktag membership was a bit cheaper...then I would become one.. But for now, I go when I can. Thank YOU!!
It was my first time ever taking a yoga class and I felt Mike was very attentive to helping and explaining the different poses/positions thought out the class. I felt very comfortable and would highly recommend CorePower to anyone!
