The classes are so rewarding both on and off the mat. I get a great workout every time and I feel great after each class. The instructors all have their own style and I love that each class is different every time. Its not the same mundane routine all the time so it keeps it exciting.

Studio: clean and well designed, with locker room and showers. Spa type feel and very comfortable! Plus, it's always fun to browse the yoga apparel for sale.

Instructors: encouraging, positive, and best of all - provide excellent foundation for safe and successful progression of practice. I have taken classes with Dat, Polly, and Annie and have felt very comfortable and inspired by all of them. I appreciate the recognition of different levels of practice even within the same class and that the instructors provide options no matter where you are with your practice.

Classes: I love the variety of classes and availability - that is a huge benefit to Corepower, is the availability of a class that fits my full time work schedule! I appreciate that I can learn from a beginner level through advanced, and also take strength or cardio based classes for variety.

Website/app: easy to navigate and find classes, which makes it easier to attend. The payment system and keychain idea all make it convenient and easy to keep up my practice.

Overall, such a great experience! Beginning a yoga practice has been a goal for me, and I'm so happy I found Corepower (recommended by friends who also love it). Having tried a few other yoga options, this is my favorite...I'm hooked!

I love the flow of the classes. I always leave feeling refreshed, renewed and energized. The teacher's are great at correcting form and giving cues throughout class so you can enhance each posture or back off some if you need to. Also, I find the personal intention set at the beginning of class and the dialog pertaining to our thoughts to be incredibly inspiring.

The amount of locations, frequency of classes and multiple different levels of classes

The peace, strength & serenity I feel during class & after is addicting in it's self. Probably the first thing I've ever experienced that not only is good for the body but mind & soul as well.
