Jenny W is an amazing teacher! She is one of my earlier yoga teacher and I LOVE the way she teaches! I actually drove from Scripps Ranch to her class.

I love that core power is so consistent - no matter what location I go to, the instructors are always wonderful. I especially love the La Mesa studio for the instructor's energy, especially Shannon and Rhiannon. Their love of yoga is contagious and keeps me coming back.

The instructors are friendly, attentive and respectful. Each instructor provides a different style which keeps each session fresh and compatible for different desired levels of practice. On my last class I was exposed to a basic level of AcroYoga through a partner workshop and loved it! The postures were within reasonable skill ability and easily transferable outside of class. It was an amazing experience and I excited to add it to my continued practice.

I like how easy it is to join a class and how intimate the studio is. I also like the locker rooms and how well stocked they are.

The teacher are all so nice and will informed. They know what they are talking about. The service is always happy positive. I do wish the sale rack was more sale then just a few dollars. I would recommend the core power center to anyone. Thank you for being the best.
