I can go up and down the west coast (living in Portland, Oregon), and even to Colorado (two summers ago), and have the same great yoga experiences at CorePower. The instructors are kind and respectful (I had Lupe in La Mesa), the studios well-kept, the classes hard work but very rewarding. Thank you!

I enjoy how the staff is both friendly and warm, and will engage you non judgmentally-- rather they are very accepting. But also I like how easy it is to keep to your own private space, when so desired.

I love how the La Mesa studio isn't pretentious - it feels as though we're all family! The manager, Laurel, is compassionate and genuinely cares about her clients.
