The staff is very nice. The studio is kept very clean, except the carpet looks a little ugly in the ladies changing area.

I like the instructors. Some of them are very knowledgeable and care about their fellow yogis. Many of the instructors share helpful messages about living your best life. My favorite instructors in La Mesa are Meli, Shannon, Stefania, Gretchen, and Lupe.
