I love the variety of classes and the easy of the studio. Everyone is so nice and down to earth. Shannon LI is my favorite teacher, but then again I love them all.

Cleanliness, warm embrace, HEAT!, friendly environment. I wish CorePower would expand more locations to East County that's the only thing keeping me from a monthly membership.

I love the sense of community at the CorePower La Mesa studio. the staff is so gracious and welcoming. The studio is very good at adding fun and different things in the mix of our workouts whether it be live music or special arm balancing classes etc. Also the studio is very clean and orderly. I feel it's my home away from home
