Very clean and welcoming studio

Saint Paul Grand Ave CPY has friendly and knowledgeable staff,a beautiful facility, updates it retail frequently, and is constantly offering work shops for anyone who wants to go deeper in their practice. I am apart of the SET team as well which has been a great experience. I love how easy it is to motivate myself to get to the studio for a class because I know no matter who is teaching I will have a great practice.

I like Patti's class - she is fantastic! It would be nice if Drew would offer hands-on assists. Otherwise, his class is always great, challenging, and packed with people. Billy is a very friendly person, but his yoga classes are not like the rest. They are not very relaxing but instead, very mechanical, competitive, and choppy.

The facilities are great, other than the long lines for the showers and the enticing smell of cinnamon buns from downstairs (makes it hard to focus when you're trying to workout!)

I like the schedules and the times they are offered. Teachers are fantastic and I like the locker rooms at the St. Paul location.

I love the number of classes that one can choose from each day. This allows for flexibility of my schedule and gives me many more opportunities to fit a class into my busy day. The teachers are friendly and welcoming and always committed to their teaching.

I love how welcoming the environment at CorePower is. People of all sizes and abilities are welcome, and I absolutely love that. I feel very comfortable at CorePower Grand.

The staff (Bengi) was very friendly. I felt encouraged during the entirety of the yoga sculpt class and it made me want to come back for more classes!!

The instructors there are all very pleasant and willing to accommodate me. They give off such energy it truly makes my experience the best! They push me and pump me up. They are all so comforting and positive.

Every time I walk in the door it is like coming home. One of the main reasons I like Grand Ave is that I see the same teachers and they know my name. They welcome me back and that is a great feeling! I feel so much more comfortable walking into a studio that knows me. Its great to catch up with these guys. It always make me want to come back for more.
