Of all the locations in the twin cities, Grand continues to outshine them all with cleanliness, organization, consistency, and the regular instructors and staff. It's my preferred location. I have visited all of them since joining a year ago, and I find myself driving out of my way just to attend the Grand classes. :)

The community at Grand Ave is awesome and every teacher offers new perspectives. The atmosphere is welcoming and free of any judgement or negativity!

VERY friendly, welcoming environment. Staff greet you by name. Classes are taught by skilled, competent teachers. Temperature, music level, lighting, etc. are monitored throughout classes.

Ran provides a challlenging sculpt class with a great vibe. Locker room and showers are a plus. Studio is clean

I love the class. It was my first time attending first time getting back to working out the instructor Nora. She was very lovely very nice and personable and just loved her overall.

I loved my classes with Sydney!! I have taken almost 50 sculpt classes and this was my favorite one so far! She was so encouraging and a great instructor! The first time I visited the Grand Ave studio she took time to show me around which was so nice! I’ll definitely be taking more classes with Sydney and at Grand Ave in the future!!

This yoga studio is nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is always good, took from Becka this week. She is very wonderful. Her choreography connected well which facilitated my breath to flow movements. I appreciate that!

I just have to say, Aaron's class was one of the best I have attended. He was very easy to understand, had a great flow, described the postures clearly, was able to help everyone in the room anticipate the next move. And best of all, he really has a great way of putting his class into the right mindset. He used colorful metaphors and created visualizations that were easy to digest. It is no wonder his class was full and people obviously really love him. Aaron really sets the bar high and I cannot wait to take one of his classes again.
