Student Testimonials
The classes are consistently satisfying for an experienced practitioner!
I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was. I'm new to core power yoga and they went out of there way to make me feel welcome and become better at my practice.
I enjoy the studio space and teachers, as well as the proximity to where I live.
beautiful, relaxing studio. Great, well trained instructors
When I want a good butt kicking, I go to sculpt at CorePower. The class is so challenging, motivating, and enjoyable. I catch myself smiling even though I am exhausted.
Great products and great instructors
Clean, welcoming, friendly
The instructors are very knowledgeable and eager to share that information. They truly love being a yoga instructor and that energy shines through.
I like that classes are mixed ages/genders/levels of experience and that is the norm.
There is no judgement and you are made to feel welcome.
The staff were very friendly and were most helpful when my friend and I were checking in for the first time. Sara got us checked in in a timely manner and let us know where we could put our stuff. Billy checked us in the second time and was very friendly as well. It's hard to not be happy when you in since there are so many smiling faces in the morning (I am not a morning person fyi). I was surprised by the space in the women's locker room: multiple showers (yay!), multiple size lockers (yay!), amenities (yay!) and it just the overall clean feeling. The studio rooms were smaller and not too crowded, which I prefer. I have been doing hot yoga for over a year now and just having moved to Saint Paul, I wanted to keep it up. The classes were great and a nice ease back into the practice. I know my friend, who has never done yoga before, enjoyed herself as well. I'm so glad that I came to this studio!
I liked that I got there early and had time to get settled before class; reception was nice and the class was fun.
The ambience and instructors. The constant motivation to push past your own limitations.
professional, friendly, well-run, challenging
Friendly, great workouts.
The teachers, and clean facilities
From the studio to the instructor, from start to finish, the experience is always excellent. I love the Grand studio!
Great staff. Well taken care of club.
Great instructors!
Love the classes--great workout!
Classes are very accessible. The C1 is a good starting point for beginners, the studio feels welcoming and all of the staff are so helpful!
Welcoming clean environment. Loved the experience at grand location. I will become a member.
intensive, fun!
the friendliness, ease, comfortable and beautiful area, the instructor. Great experience
I'm 72 years old and am moving to St. Paul from Duluth. I have been moving gradually and although i do a power yoga class in Duluth three times a week, yours is much more rigorous (C2) and i think I'll need to go down a notch or two.
The professionalism of your staff, the facilities and location (we're moving onto Grand Ave) are perfect for me. I will need some advice about if I should stay in C2 or not. I have enjoyed Billy and am sorry he's leaving.

Great instructors. Clean studio. Flexible schedules. Great soaps in showers.
love how welcoming and supportive CorePower is. Love, love Kathy! Great instructor and friend!
Everyone is very friendly. I think instructors could be a little more focused on form and making corrections when appropriate.
Computer systems seem to be slow and unresponsive at times.
10am Hot Yoga on Tues. with Josie and 10:30am C2 on Sun. with Becka - they're terrific instructors! Like the convenience of locations, showers/lockers, and all the options for classes - plus the yoga gear and clothing in the shop. I attend at least twice a week.
One complaint is that I'm seeing more and more people in the actual yoga studio on their mats hanging out texting on their mobile phones before class starts. I also saw one woman check her phone multiple times during class. They tuck phones under towels so the instructor can't see. I'm sure I've seen this close to 6 times this summer - different people. It's such a drag not being able to get away from electronic devices - it totally wrecks the session for me.
Maybe post more prominent signs? On the studio doors and have instructors remind people? Or maybe in the signage holders in the bathroom stalls would suffice. Sad to even suggest that. Thanks so much! Name removed Phone number removed
Welcoming for all levels, neat and clean facility

It's a nice atmosphere and there are many times and class types available for any person's schedule or level or practice.
