I've taken Yoga classes at Lifetime that are included with my membership, there is a reason why they are included. The classes are good, but the CorePower instructors are on a different level!

The teachers at Grand are fabulous. I have attended a number of Core Power Studios in the Twin Cities and Grand has the best teaching staff overall and in all the teaching formats. Kate C., Kim, Jen, Heather A. and of course Amelia are some of my favorites. Sophie is great in Sculpt and Josie is fantastic in Hot. Unfortunately I do not have the time or schedule to attend half of these classes and teachers. I do wish the small studio was a bit larger but I understand the physical limitations here. The location is also very good.

I like that regardless of level, instructors treat individuals the same. It's a welcoming and inclusive environment. Great products in store, saves folks time/energy for making another trip. Core Power studios are great because it's a one-stop shop: practice, shower, change, grab anything you forget, and you're off. Glad to be back to the practice.

I loved the sculpt class I took at 7:30 on Thursday with ... Sasha -- Sofia ... I forget her name but I will be back. She had great musical sequence that went with the flow of class. Her sequence of exercises and pace was also fabulous. One of the best classes I've had and I've been going for years.

The teachers are fantastic! Have become friends with many of them. It's always clean, very welcoming and friendly atmospher!

All of the staff that work there are just wonderful! Great teachers and always so friendly and helpful. The facility is always very clean. And for me personally, the location is very convenient.
