I love the way I feel during and after hot yoga. The teachers are so supportive of your journey and so knowledgable of what they do.

Everyone is always very friendly, charismatic and helpful. Teachers are always pushing you to be and do your best. The lobby, studios, and locker rooms are also always very clean.

The Grand Avenue CorePower Yoga location is beautiful, well kept, and lively. The instructors are enthusiastic, energetic, and very well trained. Variety and professionalism.

I really enjoy how motivational the trainers are. I was surprised how much their constant talk and countdowns kept me to push myself. I also think the environment is one of a kind, not only do I feel comfortable sweating and even shaking when my muscles are tired because everyone is focusing on themselves but I love how everyone want to improve so much that I rarely see anyone stop in the middle of an excersize. I feel like the people around me have the same goals and motivation and we all push each other in a way. I am a soccer player and although I am surrounded by strangers at Core Power I feel a strong sense of teamwork.

My only concern is the monthly cost... The black tag membership is very expensive. And I am always surprised for that monthly price, the yoga mats and towels still cost a charge. Disappointing.

I love that I feel empowered and capable of each yoga pose, and take that self confidence to go out in the world.

I am grateful for the location of the studio to my home and the opportunity to have a great work out of the mind, body and spirit. YOGA saved my life…single mother of 5 high needs children…need I say more?

Variety and frequency of classes.

I'm 72 years old and have been doing power yoga in Duluth for 6 years. Am currently moving to St.Paul to be closer to my two adult children. I am a retired physician and was an avid runner for 29 years, switching to yoga because of back problems. I became a true believer. The yoga at Grand Ave is more rigorous than what I was used to, but feel like I'm not over my head and thoroughly enjoy the instructor (Billy) and the heat. I fall short of what others can do, but I explore my edges and find it important to maintain my strength and what balance one has at this age.

Your facilities are very nice, comfortable yet not posh. The staff is friendly, encouraging and professional. The classes themselves are more challenging than what I am used to, and the clientele is younger, but the instructor makes it clear that it's my experience and I'm not competing with anyone.

After we sell our home in Duluth, I hope to attend 3 times weekly as I do here.

I like that the Grand Ave locations offers lots of classes seven days a week and the instructors at Grand and Highland are my favorite.

The staff at the Grand Ave location is always welcoming and helpful. There are a variety of classes offered, and the teachers always make sure you feel comfortable in class. At this location, I feel the teachers are truly about guiding you through your own best practice.

Excellent workout. Instructors are awesome! They are very personable and provide individualized help when needed. Good facility. Clean and in great location. I certainly would recommend Corepower Yoga to friends and family. I am still currently in my first free week, but I fully anticipate purchasing a membership based on my experience there.
