I love that there is an excellent mix of classes. Yesterday's (Sunday 8/3/15) noon sculpt class with Amy Ka was a balanced mix of yoga and strength exercises and I feel that I got a challenging workout for every muscle. I appreciated that she was very well trained and gave many ideas for modifications for several of the moves which could be modified. She was extremely respectful and even learned my name (which was impressive given I had not met her before). She was very fun -- telling jokes even! I really appreciated that the room was not heated beyond the heat that was generated by the sun and by us. It was so refreshing not to feel faint and sick while exercising due to being overheated. It was still 94 degrees in studio but Amy made sure there was fresh air circulating-in by occasionally asking about the temperature and opening the door. I really liked that she gave us many opportunities to work several muscle groups at once with suggestions for multitasking such as doing exercises on one's toes. I also appreciate the great studio cleaning staff as the studio is always very neat and clean.

I love the instructors, the proximity to my home, the variety of times I have to choose from for classes, and the atmosphere! I have never felt uncomfortable, even from the first time i walked in to this CPY.

I love the corepower yoga c2 vinyasa yoga classes. they are excellent and there are a variety of instructors for students to find a style/class that feels good to each person!

I like that people are always welcome to join classes--there are no starting dates or specific classes to sign up for. I also like that I can go any day, any time, to any studio in town or even in another state. When I do go to a different studio, I can expect things in the lobby, locker room, studio, and class to go pretty much exactly as they do at my usual studio. That flexibility means that regardless of my schedule, I can figure out a way to get in a yoga class somewhere each week and I don't have to worry about trying to learn a new system. I also like that the people who work there really seem to enjoy their job and each other; it helps make the yoga environment friendly and welcoming.
