It is a great workout and also such a relaxing experience.

I am on a free one week trial and the yoga teacher really was welcoming and understanding that I was out of my comfort zone and welcomed me. I am very likely to sign up for more classes after the one week trial.

I love CorePower's relaxed environment, the instructors are always kind and compassionate, and they are clearly very passionate about what they do. They have only the best quality products in their store and are reasonably priced. Class sizes are always small and hands on. They offer a variety of different skilled level classes daily, and have only the best instructors. Definitely worth the money.

I really enjoyed the workouts that I have had the opportunity to participate in. I attend yoga classes in my hometown so it was fun to see what you had to offer. The workout that I recently attended was intense, but I loved it!

CorePower Grand Ave has an amazing set of instructors (shout outs to Amelia and Jen) and a wonderful selection of yoga clothing and accessories.

Great instructors and classes with various times and options. However, the class I took recently I could not hear anything the instructor said because she had the music soooo loud!!!

I travel often and have utilized studios in three different states, all of similar quality and standard, including the Grand St. location. I believe my membership at Core Power is a valuable foundation for my health and fitness goals.

Great yoga classes

My first yoga experience was earlier this week at CorePower Yoga - St. Paul Grand Ave. All of the staff is very outgoing and friendly as soon as you walk through the doorway. In class, I never felt judged or inadequate even though I am new to practicing yoga. The instructors have been so helpful and the feedback in class has helped me grow into my newly growing practice. I highly recommend CorePower Yoga to people of all abilities. You will not be disappointed!
