I love CorePower! My friend and I were in town for the weekend and were able to take two classes. Our first point of contact was instructor Anthony. He was so welcoming and taught a phenomenal hot yoga class. It was a fabulous experience and wish there was a studio close to where I live!
I like the heat and the vinyasa style of yoga. The music is relaxing and the instructors are friendly and make it easy to follow along. Their explanations help me best perform each pose and breathe.

CorePower Grand Avenue has a sense of community. I enjoy a few of the other locations too, but Grand is my favorite.
