Core Power studios are great because it's a one-stop shop: practice, shower, change, grab anything you forget, and you're off. Glad to be back to the practice.

I loved the sculpt class I took at 7:30 on Thursday with ... Sasha -- Sofia ... I forget her name but I will be back. She had great musical sequence that went with the flow of class. Her sequence of exercises and pace was also fabulous. One of the best classes I've had and I've been going for years.

The teachers are fantastic! Have become friends with many of them. It's always clean, very welcoming and friendly atmospher!

All of the staff that work there are just wonderful! Great teachers and always so friendly and helpful. The facility is always very clean. And for me personally, the location is very convenient.

I really like the vibe that corepower gives. It isn't just the fact that the staff are so friendly and so relatable, but it is also about how I feel so motivated and empowered before and after every class I take at corepower.

I like that you have a variety of classes and that they are heated.

The different levels offered for beginners and the experienced. The many locations is a plus as well.

I hit up all the classes but c1 and I feel that Grand Ave teachers truly take their teacher to a higher level than other studios and I love this studio. I don't purchase a lot due to cost of clothing.

The variety and frequency of classes.

The classes are challenging, but not too challenging. I also like that every instructor is kind and has a unique style of teaching

Quite comfortable surroundings--although locker room was a little crowded. Instructor was very professional and adapted her instruction so all levels could participate and enjoy the work out.
