The studio was large and clean and the instructor was very helpful and encouraging during class. It was a great experience and I plan on choosing core power grand as my regular yoga studio.

I was a D1 college athlete and I felt a huge void in my workouts after graduation. I found myself running miles on miles but not enjoying it as much as team sports or making any gains. A friend gave me two weeks free and I fell in love immediately! Whether it was sculpt, C2, or Ryder the classes were challenging and motivating and the group atmosphere helped me to push myself!

I love the positive, non-judgmental atmosphere! Group fitness is the most effective exercise for me and this has the best feel of anywhere I've been.
Really enjoy the mix of classes in terms of variety, difficulty level, instruction and locations within close distance to my house. The "boot camp" experiences I've been a part of, it has really connected me to the community in a bigger way. It feels more like something I'm a part of.

Despite the number of yoga instructors, every single one is just excellent. The facilities and atmosphere are comfortable and user-friendly, while at the same time allowing for privacy along with friendliness.
