Amazing mind body alignment. I love how teachers are able to be unique and each offer slightly different strategy; some emphasize breathing, others stress alignment or state of mind and meditation. Class helps me with personal growth and building strength on and off my mat. Clean studios too!

When I am visiting the Cities on either business or pleasure, I have been coming to classes at CorePower locations for the last 4 years. The instructors are great, always friendly and the routines are challenging and fun! I purchased a 10-visit punch pass on my last visit and look forward to attending CorePower on my next visit to the Cities!

Very nice space and friendly people.
The staff was super friendly and everyone had a very fun personality. It makes me want to keep coming back because everyone is so welcoming. The classes are also enjoyable and I get a good workout in. I play soccer and I came to CorePower Yoga on my free time and feel that everyday I went I was getting stronger and it helped stretch me out and use muscles I wouldn't normally use.

I love that I learn new techniques and insights about yoga with every class I attend. The teachers all bring their own personalities and styles to the classes, and I leave feeling like I can't wait to come back again.
Good teachers
When I came in for the community class this past Sunday taught by teachers in training, the staff at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. Coming in and not knowing what to expect can be intimidating, and the staff made me feel welcome and appreciated. The class was taught very well by all instructors, and it was such a gift to have an offering free to the community.
