Solid classes

I started the free week pass, mainly doing sculpt at the St. Louis Park location. I wasn’t impressed...at all. Great classes, but I just did not feel welcome. No one had the time (or desire) to show me around-I ended up in the men’s locker room...twice (whoops 😳) and it was just an uncomfortable experience.

I was really only going to this location, because I was staying at my parents house for them while they were on vacation. I live in St. Paul and on the last day of my pass I decided I should go sculpt to get the most out of my week pass, with no intention of signing up for membership. The second I walked in [the Grand Avenue loacation] it just felt different. I was greeted very warmly by Aimee and felt extremely welcome. She offered to show me around, asked me questions, etc. She also ended up being the instructor for the sculpt class I was doing...yay! & was really motivating/encouraging all throughout class. Needless to say, I am now a Black Tag Member.

Kelley T is one of the best sculpt teachers I've ever taken! Her class is extremely hard but her cues are awesome, her music is on point, and she's super fun and positive.

Absolutely love Grand Ave CPY! Love the culture and environment of the studio. Teachers are great, so friendly and supportive.

Classes are always great, but enjoy being able to rent a towel and shower, as I care from out of town.

I love CorePower’s teacher, community and methods! The only thing I’d love for them to get back to reinforcing a bit more is yoga etiquette. In almost all classes I’ve attended, people in the studio are talking in regular voice volume.

I find the yoga practice generally relaxing while at the same time a very beneficial workout. The instructors are generally very good.

The staff and the studio. Love the vibe. Never had a bad experience.

Yoga Sculpt is a great workout and the multiple time offerings is very convenient. All of the instructors are very motivating and encouraging.
