I love all your teachers! They are top notch experienced and wonderful people.
The studio is conveniently located and is always clean. I swim at another fitness center and it isn't always in the best shape. I like that if I can't make it to a practice in Highland, I can always make it to another at Grand and vice versa. It's a comfortable place and I like all the teachers.
I was in Minneapolis visiting, the facilities were really clean and the staff was very welcoming. I have done yoga for two years, and this was a really challenging and fulfilling class. I visited three other studios while I was in Minneapolis, and the facility on Grand was my favorite. I also really enjoyed all the options for class times. I will definitely be back when I visit the twin cities next time. It was great to try the first week free. A great marketing tool.

I love doing hot yoga with all the different instructors. However I had a very bad experience at the St. Louis park location. But Grand was amazing and I will be coming every Friday to the 7:30pm
Stress reliever.
Sculpt is a great workout that puts my body to its limits and always makes me feel that I had a fantastic workout in the past hour. The instructors are always upbeat and motivating.

That so many classes are offered during the day, the amazing teachers (I don't feel like they're ever just phoning it in), the use of music in the practice, the friendliness of those checking you in.

The Core Power experience at Grand is life enhancing in so many ways. The employees are warm, the yogi's are friendly, and it's a like minded total wellness community who understand each others' desire to be there. The classes are offered at different levels and are inviting to the new , yet keep evolving to challenge the advanced. The class schedules offer a variety of options for everyone with different lifestyles . Once in awhile a breakdown happens (heat, cold shower water) but they are fixed promptly. Core Power Grand is the best yoga studio I have been to in the Twin Cities. I am fortunate to have this place to have peace in my day.

Friendly and motivating staff
I would recommend the Core Power brand to any one. The instructor for this class was great and did a wonderful job of explaining the poses. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I tend not to recommend the Grand location as parking is a pain and the logistics of the space are cramped.
Grand Avenue Core power has a warm and welcoming studio. Jen and KateC. are incredible Yoga instructors who have not only motivated me to engage in yoga classes, but have truly changed my life for the better as a whole person (physically, mentally and spiritually). In their Yoga classes, I not only feel better physically, but I gain mental clarity and spiritual strength to live in the moments after class and in daily life. Practicing Yoga on the mat with these two yoga instructors truly does help me practice living a balanced, engaged, grateful, & purposeful life.
The quality of teaching
Kate was a really wonderful teacher, and the atmosphere of CorePower and the atmosphere Kate created in her class was really exceptional!
