This was my second ever C2 class, and I've had a great experience! Even thought this was a class for advanced practitioners, I've felt welcomed and encouraged, and I was able to keep up - well, mostly - with the routine. I will be back!

CorePower Yoga on Grand Avenue has a great positive energy the moment you walk in. Their teachers are friendly and experts in their practice. I would recommend this studio to friends and family.

Extremely friendly staff. And C2 was not super hot! At other locations I can't tell the difference between the hot yoga and the regular classes. It was nice to have just warm enough. I amnot a fan of hot yoga and appreciate the alternative. Thank you!

I've practiced at Grand Ave CPY for the past 7 years and it's consistently one of the highlights of my day. A huge thanks to the teachers who get up at the crack of dawn (and much of the year, well before!) to teach the 6 am classes. It's greatly appreciated.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. During classes always push me positively and willing to correct my mistakes to make me an all around better yogi... I’ve taken most of the typical classes and love them all!
