I absolutely love the Grand Avenue Core Power studio. It's in a fun location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and exceptional staff. Adam James, Ashley, Ella, Nico, Robyn, Kate C, Thomas, and Abby are amazing instructors that help me stay balanced in life and always take time to chat about whatever is going on in my life. They are teachers, mentors, and friends. I couldn't do without my yoga family! If I could give a score higher than 10, I would :). Much love to the Grand Avenue crew!!

I had never been to the studio before and was new to yoga and was made to feel very welcomed. I loved the class and the professional manner in which the instructors conducted class.
The instructor and whole crew when I got there was very upbeat, positive, and helpful. I was new to the class and I was very comfortable and I loved it! She corrected me and helped me and I felt very good afterwords and refreshed. I have already recommended it to a friend!
