I really enjoyed how welcoming everyone was. I was new to the class and I felt right at home immediately. It was a very calming and peaceful environment and the locker rooms were so incredibly nice. I did hot yoga and it was the best feeling on earth.
The class was much smaller than the other studios in the Twin Cities.

Every class that I have attended at NE CPY since April 2014, has been excellent. The yoga teaches are very professional and freindly. I feel their presence and energy in every class I take and off the mat.
I now have just a 40 mile drive to get to a CorePowerYoga studio. It's worth every minute as I drive from my home in Cambridge to NE Mpls. I love watching the diversity onfold as Central Ave. takes on it's own life and energy.

The staff shows that they care about their students. Students are not just a sale, or a number in the classroom. I get that this is a corporation and sales are important, and need to maintain certain numbers. Each teacher seems to have a really good connection with all the individuals that step foot into the door. I have been to quite a few MN studios and this one is by far my favorite. I feel most comfortable here.

The number of classes offered! I don't have a 9-5 so the "odd class times" worked perfect for me
The environment was very welcoming and beautiful. The instructor was helping and supportive in her correction.
I love the location and the facilities. This particular location is about a mile away from my home. The facility is kept very clean, has great guest services (locker room facilities, sitting area, yoga rooms, and retail area). Also, the staff is kind, and I've had yet to have a experience with any one of them that left me feeling anything less that satisfied.
I like that the instructors are super into the classes and encourage everyone and participate in what we are doing! Sculpt is by far my favorite class!

You have top notch instructors, you are close to my home, and your hours are wide open,,,, I just wish you would have a class at 7:00 AM- so I can get to work by 9. I am sure there are others out there, that would like this too ~
