Kallen is an awesome teacher. Most of the times I come down to NE for a class it’s specifically to take her class!

I hit a work out rut a few years ago (after having kids and getting older), and in spite of regular running and weight lifting at home along with healthy eating, I was making little progress on my body goals. It was really frustrating. I started going to CorePower Strength X several months ago, and wow my body has changed, in good ways. Just intertwining a class or two a week combined with my other work outs has made such a huge difference. Thank you for this class!!

In regards to the NE studio:
-I love the multitude of class offerings. So many options that I can easily work into my schedule.
-I really like the sculpt classes because they are always challenging.
-I usually enjoy the C2 classes, but some instructors are a bit too mild in my opinion and the classes can sometimes be not challenging enough.
-Overall, I like the style of C2 over sculpt, but tend to lean towards sculpt because of the consistent difficulty.
-Would appreciate a few more waste baskets in the studio, especially in the common areas.
-Sometimes the body wash in the men's bathrooms showers are all empty for multiple days. Overall, it seems like this issue has gotten better, but still writing just in case because it's frustrating to take a shower and realize there is no body wash.

I am very grateful for the Hot and HPF classes. Erin, Margo and Mark are amazing skillful teachers. Many thanks!

Hi- My friend and I were brand new to your studio, we were visiting from Chicago. It's a great space. The only issue I had was the man next to me.... he was working out in just his underwear! It was rather gross and distracting. Otherwise great experience :) Thanks!

I love corepower in Northeast. It doesn't feel as community based as some of the other studios. Apple valley and maple grove do a good job at fostering a group environment where northeast feels very individualized. I wonder if thats partly due to age demographics too.

Professional and fun instructors. Clean and attractive gym space and lobby. Good locker room space.

I really enjoyed the community feel of NE CP. It was so nice to be a member there for the month and try and number of different classes.

Erin and Becca are top instructors for fusion and sculpt. Good location for me.

The teacher brought cold washcloths with lavender and it was such a delightful touch! Amazing!!

The yoga (sculpt in particular) is amazing. The facility, with the fireplace, is also fantastic.

I love hot yoga. Kaitlyn was good. I love the room hot. This class the temperature was too hot.

I know what to expect, the class is challenging yet invigorating, and the staff are fantastic hosts and teachers.

Lola did the best CoreRestore class ever. The pace was perfect. Her instructions and each possible modofications were nice and clear. It was EASY to follow. And a GREAT stretch and hold workout!
