Everyone is super friendly. The classes work together to support one another and I get a great work out. I've never sweat so much in my life! I feel like I get my money's worth, I don't feel like that at typical gyms.

The northeast location is so welcoming and warm, no matter which season! I love the atmosphere and serenity I feel as soon as I walk through the doors. I am a college student at the U of M. I personally don't care for the vibe at the university location, maybe because I feel like college students are more judge mental? But at the northeast location I feel like learning is encouraged, even if you aren't perfect along the way.

The sign up was pain free and the staff was friendly the moment I walked in. When the class started, Emery was enthusiastic to have the class there. She reminded everyone that we should listen to our bodies and modify the workout as needed. After, she recommended the next class I should take and encouraged me to try out the other studios during my free week. Definitely excited to be going back!
