I recently moved to the neighborhood and had a really welcoming zen experience at the NE CPY for my first visit. I look forward to joining the community in practice.
I like that it is more "neighborhood friendly" than the Downtown location. Also the free parking is also super important.
The location and parking is a plus but as always, it's the teachers who are leading the classes. I've appreciated the quality of the teaching staff and love how passionate they all are about yoga.

I was greeted by a friendly person, the studio is clean and inviting. The class I took was a C2 at 6am and John was calm, friendly and had a sense of humor! I Love that laughter was part of my practice as the sun came up over NE. Thankful that I was able to start my work week strong and with a smile.

I love that the atmosphere is so nonjudgmental. That was something I was nervous about starting at CPY, but I feel accepted and challenged in all of the best ways at each class. I think the variation between classes is awesome too, there's something for any day, any mood, any need.
