The staff was very friendly and helpful. They weren't intimidating considering it was my first time being there. It was a great workout and I sweat a ton!

I like the consistency in the classes and the reminders of how to do the poses. It allows for me to see a difference in my ability. It can be intimidating to go into a class setting, close together and not know if you can make it through the routine, I know what I am in for with Core Power 1.

I enjoy the sculpt classes. All instructors are good - especially Katelyn and Melvin's classes.

I love the schedules, always running and classes available almost every hour at every studio. Wish there was more candle light classes at night times! The soothing instruction from the teachers.

Extremely social and caring staff. The space is inviting and set up for all of us to feel relaxed and challenged. I highly recommend Core Power Yoga especially the Northeast Mpls. location.
