I really enjoyed Kathy B's sculpt class. I'm an avid sculpter, her style is infectious! We had as much fun as we worked hard. Very unique to her as an instructor, GREAT JOB KATHY!

Studios are welcoming and have a very calming atmosphere. I find that most teachers have a style that is accessible to people at any stage of fitness so it's a studio I regularly recommend to people.
I like the variety of classes and the 9pm classes especially as I work night shift and do work out later into the evening/night if I have slept all day. Greg also gave a really nice speech about presence. It was really wonderful.
The staff has been great and very welcoming. As someone recovering from a series of knee surgeries due to a car accident, finding a place to train and remain active has been a struggle over a year. The crew at CPY has been amazing in understanding my limitations while empowering me on this new journey. They continue to provide feedback and support as I begin regaining flexibility, while finding a new sort of empowerment in connecting my mind and body.
The facility is instantly comforting and peaceful. In being new to this sort of thing, I was leery of the environment I'd find - but I couldn't be happier. Yoga class has become one of the highlights of my day.

It was great the minute I walked in the door. So much good energy between the instructors, students and staff. Happy, happy group. They remembered my name and asked how everything was for me in my first class. I will be back!!!
