Love the Weds. night session with "Sam". Intense but she makes it fun. Location is great as I live in Maple Grove but work off of Lowry. Great time slot for a workout and can get home and still have time left in the evening.

The studio is great. Clean and plenty of space. The class I took was a Yoga Sculpt on a Monday at 9am. I would not, however, recommend the teacher. She did an ok job, but I think one of the hardest parts of being a sculpt teacher is sequencing the class/exercises in a fashion that has variety (so as to not only focus on one muscle group) as well as class safety. That final point does relate to the first. However, even a skilled "sculptor" or even someone knowledgeable with free weights will fail in form - and potentially risk injury - if there is not a proper rest:work ratio.

It’s a great location and everyone is very friendly, are strong teachers that bring value to every class, and have great merchandise that is always displayed well. It’s my main home for practicing and I love it!
