I love Kami's 6am on Wednesday.
It was a few years ago when I was going through a hard time in my life and I was called to practice yoga.
When I walked into her class... I was forever changed.
So much has transpired since then and I can no longer attend regularly... but I returned this past week and it reignited the passion and strength she helped me discover a long time ago to live my best life and to practice compassion toward myself.
The NE studio will forever be special to me. ❤️
I appreciate how clean the locker room is! (I hate to call it a locker room because it's too clean and fancy). Everyone I've spoken with at CorePower is kind and genuine. I love going somewhere where I know I'll be encouraged and respected every time.
NE has incredible teachers and that's what keeps me coming back for more. When I want a challenging class or a butt kicking workout (Sculpt) I go to NE versus other studios.
I like the easy, free parking - I have never had an issue finding a spot. The locker rooms are a good size and there are a good number of showers.
The staff is great! They're always so nice and welcoming. The studio is stunning and always clean. I've only done the Yoga Sculpt workouts and I've never been disappointed with any of the teachers I've had.

The teachers are consistently top notch. Also, I appreciate that the teachers are diligent with keeping their schedules. There's not a lot of subbing. For the most part I can take class from my favorites.
Clean showers and bathroom are well maintained.
Alison G is a great teacher but her C2 class feels like a C1. Please increase the pace and level of difficulty.
