Very friendly and welcoming staff. Instructors are willing to correct my form or offer modifications for my wrist issue. My free week will include a couple more visits and will result in me investing in classes at core power going forward.

I loved trying out corepower! The instructors are amazing and I like how they suggest alternatives to poses. I felt comfortable and relaxed in a judge-free zone. Everyone is super friendly and instructors are helpful and personable. Workouts are intense and I left covered in sweat and feeling good knowing that I got a good workout in for the day. Definitely will have to come back when I move to the Twin Cities after I graduate college! :)

Fun classes

I like especially that there is a large parking lot and that the studios are good sized and that the class times are overall good for my schedule.
I would love to see a later evening class on saturdays and sundays, and maybe an earlier morning weekend class too.

Your location is beautiful and your teachers are so intentional. I have learned something new every class I have attended.

The fire place that is view-able for the front studio and lobby is an awesome, plus the proximity to spyhouse coffee is a plus.
