It would be a 10 if not for the difficult parking and extremely crowded room. Amelia is among the best yoga instructors I've had and the studio is beautiful (my first time there.) I do have a comment about the Grand Ave location -- the room has been uncomfortably hot lately in C2. I notice people are dripping sweat before class even starts. Hopefully there is leeway to bring the temps down a little particularly during summer months.

I feel ever-blessed by my yoga teachers at NE CPY. They are so present and attentive in their teaching. They cue me to maintain alignment and to push further in each posture. Many times during class, I transcend to a level of gratitude and peace. Blessings and Light.
