This location is the best yoga studio I've ever been to. Likely it comes as no surprise to you guys that The Monarch location has THE GREATEST teachers. Taylor and Laura are both total gurus, can't imagine doing yoga anywhere else.
The staff is just amazing. They are very attentive and knowledgeable and take the time to make me feel that they truly care about my experience both before and after each session

Personally, I think it's one of the best yoga places in Austin. Such a supportive environment and really is a work family. The sculpt class is extensive and everyone is nice and willing to help. The membership is a big plus! Grateful to be here :)

I've been going to CPY Monarch (Austin, TX) for about a month and a half now and I wanted to let you know how great of an experience its been. The 3 parts of my experience that jump out to me were 1st impression of the studio, experience/performance, and the overall atmosphere.
1st Impression:
On my first day, being very unsure of what to do & what to expect, all of the instructors & staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and like I was already part of the family, even though I was on my first week trial.
Experience/performance:
Over the past 6 weeks, I've attended 31 classes at CPY and have seen tremendous changes in how I feel and my flexibility. I'm recovering from a serious back injury and CPY has helped me get to a point where I have little to no discomfort in my lower back (where I used to have debilitating pain).
Overall atmosphere:
The instructors (especially Laura Hill) do an amazing job of challenging you during class while also making people feel comfortable and not pressured to do anything you wouldn't want to do. They give clear instructions on using weights and various poses and do a great job of motivating you to get through the harder parts of class. This approach makes the entire CPY experience that much better but I realize that it starts with the teachers/staff.
I can't speak highly enough of CPY but especially Laura & the staff at Monarch. Its been such a great experience and I'm so glad I decided to join - I really hope there's a way to recognize them for such an awesome overall studio!
