I have visited many studios during my time as member.
This studio is big and relatively clean - the showers were missing body wash.
My issue was the check-in process, where I was told that they did not honor your first visit rules - as in free mat and towel on your first visit. I had never experienced that before.
Also, not really a fan of the 45 min sculpt class - to rushed.
The sculpt class is challenging and I loved it. It’s a Different kind of work out than I am used to

Visited Monarch studio while in town from San Diego. Staff was phenomenal and Kinsey was very welcoming and made me fell like I was a regular in her classes.

Great environment. Hard work out but kind instructors who can push and support you at the same time. Gorgeous studio with parking options. Feel welcomed even though I was just a visitor. Corepower is run flawlessly and I understand why people pay what they pay each class/month for the quality of workout and focus on the customer experience. I do wish they had a way to reserve class times, as that Is something that keeps me motivated to get to class. But the less rigid system is part of the charm too.
