I love the variety of classes and that I have 3 locations to choose from.
All the yoga instructors ate very friendly and motivating.
The yoga moves were individually challenging based on the modifications suggested and the session was meditative as well. Very nice way to end the day.
Always greeted with kindness from all instructors, and each having diverse practices continuously challenging the students. Also the facility is kept clean, sanitizing mats, cleaning floors prior to classes. I highly recommend Monarch CorePower.
