I like the heat, music and teachers!
I just started back and have done a hot class at another studio as well as Core Power. The Core Power experience is truly so superior, from the facility to the class structure, to the instructor. I had Joel as an instructor and he was amazing. He was not only a fabulous teacher, but he had the most amazing energy. He is "real" and sincere. He spoke a lot about gratitude being a practice and I personally felt grateful that he was my instructor! Fabulous!

Attended Jessi's class on Saturday at the CorePower 801 W 5th St location and it was absolutely incredible and amazing and exactly what my mind, body and spirit needed! Jessi is a phenomenally talented instructor and I absolutely loved her class and the studio was very pleasant as it was super clean, modern and spacious with plenty of free and available garage parking. I totally love this place and I'll be definitely be back!
Love the time for the early class— it is so helpful to have an early class that doesn’t require waking up at 5 am!
All the teachers have been incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome, as have some current members.

I like the balance of flow and technique. I also appreciate that it's hot but not too hot. And of course, I appreciate the core work.
It’s more challenging than a typical yoga class so a rewarding workout and the morning classes are a great way to start my day.

The class was great and the instructor was great. Only thing was some times it was hard to hear her in the back. I think it was a combo of the music being too loud and/or her mic not being up enough

Nathan Wilgeroth is a fantastic teacher. His voice is calming and metered. His flow is thoughtful and challenging with many opportunities to modify based on your level of experience. The class is a great space to search both body and mind.
The studio is clean and professional. The locker room, specifically the showers, look neglected and in need of repair. I would assume the lack of use during COVID has made this a blind spot for management. Still, I do appreciate the amenities. Most studios do not have this space.
Absolute top notch instructors
I don’t know when the studio went under new management but in all honesty it’s the best CPY experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to CPY in multiple states). The teachers are phenomenal, the classes are challenging, cohesive, and exciting. The music is amazing - everything is just a 10/10!
Nice location! Excellent level 2 class!
Loved Corepower classes, I was visiting from out of town, and did a candlelit Level 2 class 4 days in a row. I was very happy with the consistent practice offered even from 4 different instructors. If I lived anywhere near a Corepower I'd love to work there (I've been a yoga teacher since 2012). The staff is respectful and knowledgeable, I appreciate you!

The studio was clean. I love taking classes with Casey. She's very energetic and really makes the class come alive.
I love that I’ll always get a good workout with CPY. I wish the blocks were offered again though! They really enhance my practice. It doesn’t make sense that we can use weights for sculpt but not blocks. They can be sanitized too! :)
