I attended the yoga sculpt class and it was SO fun! It was a perfect blend of yoga, weights, and cardio. I really enjoy yoga but I find that I desire more movement/cardio so this absolutely perfect.
Additionally, the amenities were amazing. The bathrooms and showers were extremely clean and I could see myself coming here before or after work, feeling comfortable to change here.
I am really interested in a membership. I have only been to two classes (both of which were yoga sculpt) so I would love to attend more to try them out before i purchase an official membership! Thanks, Core power!

I like the classes and instructors. It also feels like a safe environment which has allowed me to deepen my practice.
Two reasons for my score this time round: (1) When I entered the studio, Raine asked me how I was doing. When I told her that I was feeling sore, she followed up with asking why. After hearing my reason, she told me that the class will aim to address the muscle groups that were sore. What I liked about our short conversation was that she engaged me and responded to what I said. I got the sense of her empathy and care for detail. When I visit other yoga studios around time, I find that I don't usually get this kind of quality of greeting. (2) I enjoyed Raine's yoga sequencing and queuing. While enjoying the detail of her instruction, I could also focus on my breathing while I moved between poses. I certainly enjoyed the balance of the yoga poses and the options to further my individual practice. Certainly would like to come back and take Raine's class again.
Francesca is the best teacher! She’s such a joy to be around. Studio was also very clean and super welcoming all around.

I love the studio ... the variety of classes.. the location is convenient to my home.. but most of all I LOVE ALL MY AWESOME YOGA INSTRUCTORS!!!

Erin (Gr) was such an awesome instructor! I was in town for work and was only able to take two classes while in town. By total chance, they were both her classes, one sculpt and one C2. A lot of the time, an instructor excels at one type of class over the other. Erin was so great at both! She worked me to the bone both days. Thanks for the great workouts, Erin!
