Have loved my time at CPY! Everyone is super nice and incredibly inviting. I am still learning some of the moves but instructors always help when I ask. Love it!

i was visiting from out of town and the teacher was extremely friendly and helpful with getting me set up and ready to jump in.
I almost died at the last core power class I went to. This is only because my stomach hurt beforehand and I'm pretty out of shape. I like the intensity, I however, do not like the heat. At all.

I like that there are a large selection of classes offered many times thoughout the morning/day/evening. The teachers are all great and the only thing I would love is more parking but that is Austin.... building where the parking could be.
Beautiful clean studio. Great location. I haven't been to many classes at this point, but the instructors, specifically Angel, are very knowledgeable and have really well sequenced classes
