I like that the classes vary according to teacher. I like the schedule, but wish that there was a C2 class mid morning like 8:30 AM or 9 AM.

I've only taken c1 Thursday and Friday at 9am but was very enjoyable with the flow and intention. I do feel that the instructors attend to each person and the studio is very welcoming.

Love the cleanliness, the music (really love the hip-hop/r&b/techno combinations), the workouts (especially 5:30 pm sculpt), and the people. All around perfect workout location. I prefer the Monarch instructors to the Triangle location's as well.

Friendliest instructors and atmosphere
Leilani is a great teacher. The entire schedule is varied and full, giving me an opportunity to catch a practice that works for my schedule. Each instructor I have experienced has been very knowledgeable. Facilities are ample too. I like having the option of using the full locker room.
The class was awesome. Thank you for allowing me to complementary take a class as I was visiting Austin for the first time! I would come back anytime I am in town!
Great studio, perfect location and great teachers
This is my first experience with a yoga class. I was brought in by a friend. I love that the routine is the same each time, so I can get better at my practice. I've enjoyed each instructor, but my favorite is Eugenior at The Triangle.
The number and variety of quality classes and exceptional instructors.
Always friendly and you can always catch a class due to great a schedule staggering.
