The sweat and get good yoga
The studios are clean, relaxing, and inviting. The teachers are always so great. I tried Yoga Sculpt for the first time due to it being the only class time-wise I can do during the week. I wouldn't say I would do it again. It wasn't a yoga experience for me (rap music, fast repetitions). I wish you could replace some Yoga Sculpt classes with C2 classes. I feel like a lot of the classes are Yoga Sculpt which is disappointing for me.
Minsun and Paula are the best!!!! So so thankful to be able to learn yoga from them both!!

I hope you can enforce basic ettiequte to a yogi in the classroom. She brings a huge gym bag with a minimum 3-4 different sprays. Lysol for the weight, another spray for her matt and a different one she spray and wipe around the outside edges of her matt. She doesnt smell all those chemical mix and its strong since she wearing a mask. I get a headache from those mixure of oders.
Class on 11/27 was over crowded. There no room to properly do the poses as you are only inched away from hitting the person next to you.
The teachers are good. The rooms are a nice size.
I enjoy the different types of classes offered at the studio. The instructors are wonderful guides that help support our journey through chaotic times and help maintain our sanity. The instructors really a big part of why I joined CorePower and tell my colleagues and friends about the studio and the classes.
I love yoga but this location is not very clean, especially after class. I don’t want to come to the class with a lot of sweat. The restroom is vey dirty too
Allison welcomed my daughter and I into the studio with the biggest smile and wealth of information that got us hooked before we even took our first class. Thankfully that first class lived up to her hype and now I look forward to all the days ahead to roll out my mat at CorePower.
The instructors and staff are amazing! The classes are fun and challenging. I leave every class feeling stronger and more invigorated. I appreciate the Brea Core Power team very much!

CorePower HB is my home away from home...or more realistically the place that allows me to show up more wholly at my home and in life. Really grateful to the amazing instructors- a special shout out to Sarah, Jill, Lisa and Jaideep for their morning classes.
The heat issues with room 3 are still a bummer, but I have just learned what classes to avoid. I would love to see an 8:00 HPF added on Saturday to complement the 645 C2. There used to be a group of us that would go to both. Having those classes back-to-back is magical. Would also love to see the 730 on M/W moved to 7. This would allow people that wanted to double before or after to do so without the 45 min wait (or to do a 7-8 class followed by the 8 HPF...which again is a perfect combo).

The schedule is very flexible! There’s lot of opportunities to take a class.

Robin the teacher. She pushes you. Great work out. Makes me want to cry but she is totally worth it. With consistency, I can feel myself getting stronger and in shape. It’s just the initial start or going back and the demand of her class makes me want to die.

The instructor was fantastic- he had a calm soothing voice and the poses flowed nicely. It was my second hot yoga session and this one was just right compared to the other I had years ago in another area and another company.
Excellent teachers and a positive atmosphere. They really care about their members.
