Love the community, the authenticity of the instructors, and routine/flow that challenges me.
I had never done Yoga before, I was a bit intimidated at first but my instructor made the class so welcoming. The class was intense but very satisfying, I would definitely go back. My instructor was Cami, she kept us motivated and asked how I felt after class.
10/10 for class with Rupesh! Separately, I do wish there were more core restores on schedule throughout OC.
The instructor was full of energy and gave great cues. The workout was challenging but I was able to feel successful and sore! I will be back!

Daveed was an amazing teacher. Having him at this studio is what got me to do the 40 min drive here. I love how large the studio is with the option to lock your belongings in a locker out front or in your respective locker room.
Minsun is one of the best teachers for C2.
The experience was great, but I probably didn’t read correctly when I booked. It was 100 degrees outside and I just wanted a regular yoga class, instead it was very warm in the room -I believe 90 degrees… so just didn’t expect that it will be pretty hot. The teacher was great, my body got exactly what it needed.

First time at this location and class was great. Teacher was very good at pushing you and kicked my butt. Locker rooms are a little small at this location but I liked how close to the parking structure was to the club.
I had a really good workout! It was challenging but rewarding at the same time! Thanks to the vibrant energy of the instructor!

The heat is great the upper level classes and teachers are a great throwback to CorePower beginnings when flow and music and heat and a great workout was always status quo. I miss Nassim, but otherwise Shawna is amazing and the teachers that turn up the heat and have an advanced level of practice and have fun flows are where I find my groove. Been apart of CorePower for 14 ish years now. Love it forever
The staff was welcoming, unintimidating, and very friendly. Even though I am a beginner – I never felt that I couldn’t take a breather or felt strange in the class. It was an overall positive experience.
